Core Acquisition: The first step is to acquire a used engine core, which is typically obtained from an automotive salvage yard or a customer’s vehicle.

Disassembly: The engine is completely disassembled, and all parts are inspected for wear and damage.

Cleaning: All parts are thoroughly cleaned using a combination of methods, such as hot tanking, pressure washing, and shot blasting.

Inspection: Each part is individually inspected to identify any damage, wear, or other issues that may affect its performance.

Machining and Repair: Any worn or damaged parts are repaired or replaced, and the engine block, cylinder heads, and other components are machined to ensure that they meet factory specifications.

Assembly: The engine is reassembled using high-quality replacement parts, such as bearings, pistons, and gaskets.

Testing: The completed engine is then put through a series of rigorous tests to ensure that it meets or exceeds original equipment specifications.
